The original Dupree was formed in 1980 and were a popular band in and around Lorain County. Their high-energy stage show helped win them a loyal audience at a time when Blues music did not have a vast following it enjoys today.

The current lineup of Dupree contains two original members and strives to continue the tradition of providing exciting and entertaining music to a new generation of Blues enthusiasts.
